Two well known banks Citigroup and Bank of America received a large sum of aid from the government. The government is now more involved with those banks and it may be scaring some of their top employees away. About a week ago the CEO of Citigroup resigned to start his new career as a chief operating officer for a competitor. Is the governments aid helping stabilize the banks in these economic times or making employees fear there jobs?
