House committee subpoenas Federal Reserve

The Committee on Oversight and Government reform, specifically, the Subcommittee on Domestic Policy lead by Chairman Dennis Kucinich (congressman - Ohio) have been investigating the dealings with the Federal Reserve's hand in the Bank of America's acquisition of Merrill Lynch.
The Committee issued a subpoena to the Federal Reserve to release documents regarding the transaction.
