  1. It seems that every big business now is jumping on the "bankruptcy" band wagon. Is this how every big business plan's to keep America up and running! I think not. Maybe if they reduce the high admission prices to a low feasable rate, than they wouldn't have to claim chapter 11, Go figure.

  2. Now most of these parks offer a buy-one-get one deal. . . but then charge $5 for a bottle of water on the inside.

I guess that's what happens when you build expensive superfluous rides EVERY YEAR when you can't pay for them.

I remember when the season pass was actually worth it when you went twice (six flags great adventure) :(

  3. This is the reality of our economy right now but then that makes you wonder how are they still building the million dollar houses ... they just put a few up by me and i don't understand how those people havent been hit by it and if they had been hit and thats a down grade then someone needs to tell me what their profession was so that I can do what they did...

but in all business are sinking because consumers either don't want to go out and buy or they don't have the time to go out and buy.

except for the DSA or direct selling association there are many companies standing at a level plato.

personaly it makes me wonder if people make it seem worse for themselves then it really may be in this economy. Also if business do just keep going to bunkruptcy ... what is going to happen after the economy goes back up ...

  4. Six flags stated that the number of tickets sold havent taken a hit yet but that people arent buying stuff inside the park as much as they used to. well DUH who wants to pay 7 dollars for 3 chickenfingers when you can pack a lunch and leave it a cooler in your car for FREE?!! I think that six flags claiming banktupcy is an easy way out for them instead of lowering the prices of the food etc inside the park.
